Cancellation Policy
Overnight care requires a 50% deposit to confirm the reservation. For a single-night stay, the deposit equals one night’s charge. The remaining balance is due after your return. If any reserved dates are canceled more than one month before services begin, the deposit for those dates may be applied toward services taking place within two months. If reserved dates are canceled within one month before services begin, the deposit for those dates is forfeited. Please submit cancellation and date-change requests promptly so the provider can review the affected dates and applicable deposit.
