Cat Shave-Down

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without a cancellation fee. Cancellations with 24–48 hours’ notice incur a $50 fee. Same-day cancellations and no-shows incur the full grooming price. For cancellation or rescheduling, contact From Head to Tail Grooming Spa at 571-312-7989 or headtotailspa@gmail.com and obtain confirmation from the spa. Appointments are held for a maximum of 15 minutes. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a $50 late fee or cancellation as a no-show. Current rabies vaccination documentation is required. A groom canceled or stopped on the appointment date because of insufficient vaccination records or refusal of an extreme-matting shave-down may incur cancellation or no-show charges. A valid credit card must be kept on file. Outstanding cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show fees must be paid before another appointment is booked.
